HER2 (ERBB2) mutations activating Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): Enhertu 100 mg is used to treat adults that have non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be eliminated by surgery or that has progressed to other parts of the body (metastatic), and 

  • the patient has previously been treated with systemic therapy
  • activating HER2 (ERBB2) mutations have been noticed by an FDA-approved test.
