Precautions and warnings before buying Lenvatinib

Lenvatinib is a kinase inhibitor class of drugs. It is prescribed in order to treat advanced thyroid cancer which has spread to the distant parts of the body and is not able to be treated with radioactive iodine. It can also be used in the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer together with another medicine named everolimus following another cancer treatment. It acts by inhibiting certain tyrosine kinases and thereby controlling the cancer.

It comes in the form of a capsule to be consumed orally by mouth with or without food. Follow your physician's words. Since lenvatinib 10 mg can cause vomiting, it is usually consumed together with an anti-emetic medication.
